About The Edinburgh PC Doctor
My name is Attila Orosz and I have founded The Edinburgh PC Doctor in 2011. Although quite fresh under this name, I have been in and around the IT industry for over 10 years, supporting users and computers on various levels in different locations and languages. I have had my share of programming, computer repairs, IT support, mobile repairs system administration, and much more.
Under the Trade name "The Edinburgh
PC Doctor" I aim to provide the highest levels of customer experience,
with as much attention to customer care as to quality service. I hope

Location - How to find us?
The Edinburgh PC Doctor does not operate a repair or retail shop at the moment. This means a lot less overhead on the costs, that allows the Service Prices
to be kept at the lowest possible levels. Please feel free to compare our prices to that of any regular repair shop. I sincerely believe that The Edinburgh PC Doctor's prices are more than competitive.
Instead of having to bring you device(s) into the shop yourself, The Edinburgh PC Doctor offers a pick-up and delivery service, totally free of charge!
Is the pick-up and delivery service safe? Will my items be returned?
The service is absolutely safe. Upon pick-up, you will receive a Service Agreement Token, stating your name, address along with your device's details, such as brand, model and serial number. It will also state the name, address and contact number of the person collecting the item from you, so you will always be in control. In case of postal collection, the Token will be emailed and upon request posted, or faxed to you.
Do you offer any discounts? How can I stay up to date?
Yes, there is a running 20% one off discount, if you connect to The Edinburgh PC Doctor with any available social media (currently facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). There is also a monthly offer, that you can use on top of the social media discount, changing every first of the month. You can find out more, by visiting the News and Offers page. Do you also sell parts or accessories?
The Edinburgh PC Doctor does not yet operate retail shop or service, but plans are under way to establish an on-line shop. please keep an eye open for an announcement.
